About the Role
Love data AND design? Utilize both your left and right brain in this fast-paced role focused on the creation of high-impact, effective marketing research reports. From bar charts and donuts to dot plots and bullet graphs, the ability to understand data and choose the most appropriate visualization is key to success for our quantitative reports. Our qualitative reports require a keen design eye, artistic chops, and creative nature to visualize the written word. Both are crucial for success in this position!
Responsibilities + Requirements
Responsibilities
This role’s primary responsibility is the preparation of client report deliverables in PowerPoint, including:
Creation of report template, working with project manager and meeting team standards
Input into banner and tab plans to identify areas of reporting efficiency
Population of report data from Excel to PowerPoint (quantitative)
Visualization of written data (qualitative)
Formatting of key findings/executive summary/takeaways
Handling follow-up requests for edits/additional slides
Additional responsibilities include:
Maintaining schedule of projects
Formatting and proofing proposals
Sourcing graphics/imagery for use in reports
Ad-hoc requests such as formatting paper questionnaires or creating infographics
Qualifications
Minimum three years of previous marketing research experience
Ability to read and understand marketing research questionnaires and data tables
Expert PowerPoint user and intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word required. Knowledge of Google Slides a plus
Understanding of chart creation and design, with skill and knowledge to choose appropriate chart type depending on data being displayed
High-level attention to detail with emphasis on speed, accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
Design chops to create and lay out visually attractive presentations – both quantitative and qualitative
Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Adept at working within brand and client (both internal and external) style guidelines
Clear and effective communicator with a team player spirit and collaborative nature

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 – Commensurate with experience.
