MMR Research Associates celebrates the addition of Lara Tomhave, Design Research Lead, to The ExperienceBuilt Group.

Most recently, Lara has been working in the digital space as UI|UX designer for

smaller companies and nonprofits. Prior to that, she spent 13 years working for corporate retailers, including six years at Belk department stores and seven years at Chico’s FAS. Lara has her bachelor’s degree and a UI|UX Certification from the Savannah College of Art & Design.

Lara’s UI|UX expertise and experience equips her with the necessary skills to design polished, optimized experiences at The ExperienceBuilt Group. As a trained designer, Lara became an experience enthusiast while working with customers. She became passionate about growing and improving brand performance by optimizing each touchpoint across omni-channel experiences. Lara combines the analysis of customer data and competitive landscape research to identify new opportunities to implement innovations and improvements to delight the customer. She specializes in identifying new opportunities and creating great customer experiences, making her an ideal member of the ExperienceBuiltteam.

Outside of office hours, you can find Lara working out with friends at her local aerial studio, crafting a new sweater or costume, or planning her next solo trip abroad.
