2023 was a notable year for MMR. Despite industry-wide slowdowns, we strategically positioned ourselves for sustained growth by making key hires that fortify our foundation, and we eagerly anticipate the new opportunities that 2024 will undoubtedly bring.


 

ESOP PROGRESS

MMR's transition to becoming an Employee-Owned company is progressing smoothly. The ESOP structure aligns seamlessly with the core values that define MMR, emphasizing our commitment to always do what is right for our clients. This approach has been instrumental in fostering robust and enduring client relationships. We are confident that as an ESOP, we will continue to preserve our small company and boutique mindset while expanding our capabilities and adapting swiftly to industry changes.


EVOLUTION OF QUAL & DESIGN CAPABILITIES

Our team at The Experience Built Group (EBG) performed exceptionally in navigating a challenging market this year. Their commitment to excellence in delivering highly agile, consultative approaches to enhance customer experiences has yielded another excellent year for EBG. 


Simultaneously, the MMR Qualitative team continues to grow. Our Qual work has evolved to prioritize agility, expanded bandwidth, and exceptional reporting, enhancing the overall quality of our insights.

We have been exploring innovative tools in the realm of AI throughout the year. While AI has proven to be valuable in summarizing videos and text efficiently, we recognize its supplementary role to human expertise. Our ongoing experimentation with AI reflects our commitment to staying at the forefront of industry innovation and technological advancement.
