MMR Research Associates, Inc., launched in 1999 with the goal of filling a gap in an industry-focused too heavily on methodology.
Over the last decade, we evolved from a small, boutique service provider to an agile, full-service marketing research firm. Our reach expanded beyond research studies in the United States to include a global support network, performing customized research around the world.
In 2014, Bill Denk and Bruce Olson took full ownership of MMR Research Associates. They lead a team of talented, highly experienced and educated marketing research professionals. As Managing Partners, Bill and Bruce sharpened our focus by enabling growth, sparking innovation, and creating global opportunities.
We launched The ExperienceBuilt™ Group at MMR Research Associates in 2017, following in the footsteps of our original mission to fill a gap in our industry. The ExperienceBuilt™ Group builds long-term brand loyalty for organizations that embrace change. The EBG team picks up where most researchers leave off, translating rigorous research into transformational human connections. By merging experiential marketing with research, EBG has become our experience design arm, delivering operationalized results that inspire confidence.
