MMR RESEARCH WELCOMES HEATHER MILLER, BRAND-CONSUMER SPECIALIST
MMR Research Associates is deeply committed to connecting with and understanding the consumer, and that’s why we are excited to welcome Heather Miller, VP Qualitative-Client Strategy, to our dynamic and innovative team. Heather’s extensive experience building consumer insights functions and teams will add a new perspective to our qualitative and quantitative research projects. Heather brings years of front-facing experience design and will provide research consultation, conduct oversight of research design, and execute client initiatives that leverage exploratory methods in her new role with us.

Prior to her arrival at MMR, Heather spent the last six years leading insights for over 25 wine brands at Constellation Brands and Delicato Family Wines (DFW). As Director of Consumer Insights at DFW, Heather built out the consumer function and created research learning plans for Foundational Understanding, Innovation, Advertising, Packaging, and Consumer Trends. During her time at DFW, she also created Consumer Macro-Trend Platforms to inspire innovation and Consumer Profiles to bring to life the brand-consumer for the sales team, retail, and distributor partners.

Heather also has CPG experience from her years at Del Monte, Safeway/Albertson’s, and Basic American Foods. In addition, she has prior supplier side experience at Technomic, Inc., a leader in foodservice insights, where she split her time between moderating focus groups with restaurant consumers and interviewing food service operators.
Heather earned a Bachelor of Science degree in political science and public relations and a Masters of Science in communications from Illinois State University in Normal, IL.
Heather is certified proficient in Qualitative and Quantitative Research from the Burke Institute, is based in Danville, California.
